Quaest Survey: Flavio Bolsonaro, Lula, and Pablo Marçal lead rejection among voters in the presidential race

oglobo2 September 2026 at 14:19

The Quaest survey, commissioned by TV Globo and O GLOBO, revealed that the presidential candidates with the highest voter rejection are Flavio Bolsonaro (PL), Lula (PT), and Pablo Marçal (PRTB). The son of former President Jair Bolsonaro leads with 55% rejection, followed by the current president and candidate for re-election, with 53%, and businessman and coach Pablo Marçal, with 44%. The survey also shows Ronaldo Caiado (PSD) with 40% and Romeu Zema (Novo) with 38% rejection.

This is the first survey conducted by the institute after the start of the electoral campaign. The survey captures the impact on voters of the series of interviews by TV Globo with the main candidates in the presidential race.

The interviews with Lula and Flavio Bolsonaro on the program were the subject of investigations into the financing by former banker Daniel Vorcaro of the film about Jair Bolsonaro and against alleged illicit business dealings of Fábio Luís Lula da Silva, known as Lulinha, the president's son.
