The (Re)Viver Workshops began a new cycle of activities in Mesão Frio with a presentation session at the Municipal Auditorium, which gathered around 70 participants for a moment of socializing and getting to know each other. The municipal program maintains the growth trend recorded since its launch.
Due to the absence of the mayor of Mesão Frio, Paulo Silva, the councilor responsible for Social Action, Sandra Ferreira, welcomed the participants and encouraged them to play an active role in the program, namely by submitting suggestions.
The new cycle includes activities such as dance, music, creative workshop, Boccia, cognitive stimulation, cooking and senior cinema, with sessions scheduled for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The session also served to present the calendar of activities planned for the coming months.
The initiative aims to provide the municipality's seniors with moments of learning, socialization and participation, promoting a more active aging and the creation of new relationships in the community.
