The Chega parliamentary group in the Legislative Assembly of Madeira will present to the Assembly of the Republic a draft bill proposal for the creation of a mission supplement set at 15% for PSP and GNR professionals stationed in the archipelago.
The initiative was announced this morning during an action held at the GNR Command, on Avenida do Mar, in Madeira.
The objective of the supplement is to compensate security forces professionals who serve in the island region, thus trying to attract and retain personnel on these islands.
Chega justifies the proposal with the increased difficulties of service and geographic isolation that agents face when working in Madeira.
