A rare incident occurred on a high-speed ICE train in Germany. A door suddenly opened while the train was traveling at 200 kilometers per hour, on the line between Munich and Dortmund.
The train was forced to stop abruptly at the entrance to a tunnel, after the unexpected opening of the door. The authorities immediately interrupted traffic on the line.
Emergency and security teams went to the scene and began searches for several hours. The objective was to verify if any passenger had been thrown out of the train due to the door opening while in motion.
No information has yet been released about any victims or injuries resulting from this incident. German authorities are investigating the causes that led to the door opening while the high-speed train was in motion.
