This visit took place during a period of great uncertainty for the Spanish ceramic industry. The rise in natural gas prices, accentuated by the outbreak of war in the Middle East, has significantly impacted the production costs of companies in the sector. Furthermore, the new European Union measures will imply additional costs for ceramic companies, which increases the sector's concern in light of this challenging economic context.
