The Timing Group will promote, between October 12 and 22, the third edition of its Business Mission to China, an initiative aimed at bringing Portuguese companies closer to the Chinese market through company visits, bilateral meetings, and contacts with potential partners. According to the organization, more than 80% of the available spots are already filled, with participation in the mission currently in the final registration phase.
The Canton Fair, in Guangzhou, will be one of the main highlights of the program, where Portuguese businesspeople will have the opportunity to participate in the fair and visit production facilities, as well as establish contacts with suppliers, manufacturers, and potential business partners. The program aims to allow participants to identify new opportunities for their businesses in one of the most relevant markets worldwide.
The mission then continues to Shenzhen, where B2B meetings, company visits, and contacts with the local technology ecosystem are planned. The city is considered one of China's main hubs in technology and innovation, with the visit focused on direct contact with companies and identifying potential cooperation opportunities.
The Timing Group explains that the mission was prepared to provide participants with a closer view of the Chinese market, its business practices, and the trends shaping different sectors. The organization also aims to promote contacts between participating businesspeople and Chinese entities, creating conditions for establishing trade relations and future partnerships, contributing to the development of new internationalization processes.
