The University of Coimbra revealed the results of a research project conducted by a team from the Faculty of Economics, which analyzed the impact of psychological characteristics on the management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
The study was based on 449 questionnaires answered by those responsible for the financial management of SMEs, allowing the collection of data on psychological aspects that influence decision-making in companies.
This research sought to understand how personality traits and other psychological factors affect the way managers lead and administer their organizations.
The results of this analysis can contribute to a better understanding of the challenges faced by SME leaders and inform training and support strategies for business management.
