Rogério Amorim Demands R$ 50 Thousand from Eduardo Paes for Video: Hearing Scheduled by Justice

The Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice scheduled for September 22 at 3:50 PM the conciliation hearing in the lawsuit filed by councilman Rogério Amorim, of the PL party, against former mayor Eduardo Paes.

The case is pending in the 23rd Special Civil Court of the Capital District and seeks R$ 50 thousand in moral damages.

The cause of action is a video published by Eduardo Paes on social media that, according to the initial petition, associated the parliamentarian's image with the Red Command.
