Spanish owner of Casino da Figueira is bought by Italians

Cirsa, a Spanish company, bought a controlling stake in Sociedade Figueira Praia, S.A., the entity that owns and operates the Casino da Figueira. The transaction was completed in July. The Casino da Figueira is one of the most well-known gaming establishments in Portugal. This acquisition reinforces Cirsa's presence in the Portuguese casino market.
