The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Paulo Rangel, today transmitted to his German counterpart, Johann Wadephul, the "full solidarity of Portugal" after the hybrid attack that occurred in Leipzig in August, for which the German Government held Russia responsible.
In a note published on social media X, Portuguese diplomacy informed that Paulo Rangel expressed to the German Minister of Foreign Affairs the full solidarity of Portugal with Germany regarding the Russian hybrid attack in Leipzig.
This episode is part of a broader set of concerns in Europe regarding collective security, a topic that was also addressed in the conversation between the two government officials.
