The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rangel, transmitted to his German counterpart the "total solidarity" of Portugal after the hybrid attack that occurred in Leipzig, Germany. This communication comes as a response to an incident that was attributed to Russia.
Prime Minister Luís Montenegro had also expressed, this Tuesday, the "total solidarity" of Portugal to Germany following the same hybrid attack. Both Portuguese leaders expressed support for the neighboring country in this context.
