Carlos Mota "Tizil", Brazilian champion of Knock Out in the up to 57kg category, will have another international challenge on September 5th, this time in Japan. The Brazilian returns to the organization to compete in a division above his usual weight, facing Japanese fighter Hikaru Fukunaga in a challenge for the up to 60kg category.
This will be the second time Tizil competes in the up to 60kg division. Therefore, the Brazilian acknowledges he will need to be aware of the physical difference, mainly the opponent's strength. "I will be fighting in a higher category, so I have to be careful with the strength. I will feel it during the fight and see if he really has that power. If necessary, we will change the game during the fight," he stated.
Fukunaga arrives at the confrontation with a record of 10 wins and four losses, as well as experience in professional boxing. For Tizil, the Japanese fighter's style can provide an action-packed confrontation. "He uses boxing well and has experience in professional boxing, but he is a guy who likes to fight," the Brazilian added, guaranteeing he is prepared for any scenario the fight may present.
