TAP: Government received Parpública's report on Air France and Lufthansa proposals

Parpública delivered to the Government the report on the binding offers submitted by Air France-KLM and Lufthansa for the purchase of 44.9% of TAP. The information was confirmed to the news agency Efe by an official source from the Ministry of Finance. The two European airlines competed for the acquisition of a significant stake in the Portuguese airline, in a process managed by Parpública, the company responsible for managing the State's public holdings.
