The Regional Government and Causa Social are reinforcing their investment in the training and valorization of home care aides through the 'Well Care' project. This is already the fifth edition of this initiative that aims to strengthen the skills of these professionals and promote their continuous qualification.
The project will run over the next three months and covers around 500 professionals in the Region. The main objective is to professionally valorize home care aides, recognizing the importance of the work they carry out in caring for the population.
With this initiative, the aim is not only to reinforce the skills of home care aides, but also to ensure a higher quality service for those who need home care. The partnership between the Regional Government and Causa Social demonstrates the commitment to the continuous training of these professionals.
