'We are enjoying them very much,' said Moraes's wife about airplane and helicopter quotas transferred by Vorcaro

The Federal Police found messages and documents on banker Daniel Vorcaro's cell phone indicating that the owner of Banco Master transferred quotas of an airplane and a helicopter to the office of lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, wife of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, from the Supreme Federal Court. The Legacy 650 model airplane was valued at US$ 5.5 million and the EC 155 B1 helicopter, manufactured by Airbus, at US$ 1.3 million. The aircraft had the registration marks PPNNR and would be part of the payment for legal services provided to Banco Master.

In one of the dialogues found by the PF, maintained between one of Vorcaro's associates and lawyer Viviane, she stated that "they are enjoying them very much." "Yes, we are enjoying them very much, everyone who has assisted us has always been very polite and attentive," Viviane responded. Viviane's office was contracted by Banco Master, and the right to use the aircraft would be part of the remuneration for the services provided.

According to the PF, days before the contract was drafted, Vorcaro asked a third party to send Viviane a brochure with information about the aircraft. The transfer of quotas was revealed in the context of investigations into the alleged operation of a criminal organization within the Supreme Court, of which Alexandre de Moraes would be one of the leaders, according to the investigation. Vorcaro was arrested in March 2024 in an operation that also carried out search and seizure warrants at addresses linked to the minister.

Federal Police found mention of Paulo Gonet in Vorcaro's cell phone conversation

The Federal Police found a mention to the attorney general, Paulo Gonet, while analyzing the cell phone of banker Daniel Vorcaro in the investigations of the Master case. Investigators searched for the terms "Paulo Gonet" and "Gonet" in the contacts, but found no number associated with the head of the Public Ministry. The reference appeared in a WhatsApp conversation, in which the former lawyer of Banco Master, Daniel Bueno, wrote to Vorcaro: "Friendship is everything, you know, brother" and added: "Gonet is solid". Bueno also asked Vorcaro to read a following message and instructed him: "Keep it to yourself". The document does not indicate direct contact between Vorcaro and Gonet, nor does it clarify the content of the reference.
