The Festivities in Honor of Our Lady of Health in São João das Lampas take place between September 4 and 13, promising ten days of entertainment, music, tradition and fellowship. The musical program includes concerts by Augusto Canário, Os Descendentes, Bia Caboz, Ruth Marlene, Marisa Liz, Bandidos do Cante and Adriana Lua, on dates distributed throughout the event.
On September 12, the 48th Half Marathon of São João das Lampas takes place, starting at 5:00 PM. The event is considered the second oldest half marathon in the country and is one of the most emblematic moments of the festivities, bringing together hundreds of athletes and enthusiasts of the sport annually.
