The Government proceeded with the update of the passenger rights regime in public transport.
The new regulatory framework now also covers luggage, companion animals and bicycles, thus expanding the scope of protection previously in effect.
The update also reinforces the obligations that public transport operators have towards their users, establishing greater responsibilities for these entities.
