Richard Ríos is close to leaving Benfica on loan. According to SIC commentator Luís Aguilar, the Colombian midfielder should head to Al Ittihad, a club in Saudi Arabia.
The Eagles could benefit from a loan fee estimated between three and five million euros with this operation.
Richard Ríos arrived at Benfica in 2024 and failed to establish himself as a starter in Bruno Lage's eleven. The loan to Saudi football comes as a way to give the player more minutes and allow the Lisbon club to obtain immediate revenue.
