Councilors, municipal and parish deputies, as well as militants of PSD/Machico, visited the places of preparation and exhibition of the traditional Fachos in Machico. The visit aimed to be a moment of fellowship and closeness with the local population.
During the visit, PSD/Machico expressed recognition for the voluntary work that allows this tradition to remain alive, considered one of the oldest and most identity-based of the municipality of Machico.
The party expressed its intention to defend this centuries-old tradition, highlighting the importance of the fachos as a fundamental part of the cultural identity of the municipality.
