Sporting: Daniel Bragança heading to Torino on loan

Maisfutebol1 September 2026 at 13:33

Portuguese midfielder Daniel Bragança is heading to Torino, in Italy, in a loan agreement. The 25-year-old player, who came through Sporting's academy, will leave the Alvalade club to play in Serie A.

The Italian club will pay a loan fee that could earn Sporting between 4 or 5 million euros. This amount represents a significant investment by Torino in the Portuguese player.

Daniel Bragança has not managed to establish himself as a regular starter at Sporting recently, which motivated the loan move. The Lions club intends to give the player more playing time, as he needs competitive rhythm.

This transfer comes at a time when Sporting is looking to balance the squad and generate revenue from the departure of less-used players. Torino, for its part, is seeking reinforcements for the Italian sporting season.
