Eurofirms Group concluded the integration of Avanza, a service outsourcing company, in an operation that immediately doubled the volume of the group's outsourcing division. The acquisition covers the entirety of Avanza's structure on the Iberian Peninsula, incorporating a corporate portfolio of approximately 50 active clients and revenue that, at the close of fiscal year 2025, reached 72 million euros. With this transaction, more than 1,800 professionals linked to service provision now operate under Eurofirms.
The integration brings technical capacity for the comprehensive management of operations in demanding productive environments in the industrial and logistics sectors. Simultaneously, it expands the offering in the retail and trade marketing segment, strengthening team management at the point of sale, the execution of commercial campaigns, and market data analysis.
Jaime de Barrio, the executive joining Eurofirms Group to lead the integration of Avanza, stated that the operation represents a decisive step in the group's growth strategy, allowing not only to double the division's business volume but also to incorporate relevant specialization to develop more complex projects.
Eurofirms Group has over 35 years of activity and has been present in Portugal since 2013, where it currently has 24 offices and more than 230 direct employees. The group operates in seven countries through a network of 170 offices and approximately 1,700 structural professionals, generating daily work opportunities for more than 30,000 people.
