Pestana opens applications for program to develop future hospitality leaders

Pestana Hotel Group opened applications this Tuesday for the 2027 edition of Growing Together, a global development program aimed at hospitality professionals. The program aims to strengthen management and leadership skills and prepare participants to take on new responsibilities in the sector.

Growing Together was created in 2008 and already has 15 editions completed. The participants' progression rate is significant: one in two participants advanced to an operational leadership role, while about 70% managed to progress in their career within the hotel group.
