Félix Correia abandoned Lille to join Sevilla. The Portuguese winger, who had been signed by the French club from Sporting CP, made the move to Spain during this transfer window.
The 23-year-old player was considered a former promise of Sporting, having come through the youth ranks at Alvalade before starting his professional career. His departure from Sporting happened when he was still young.
During his time at Lille, Correia was on loan, with a mandatory purchase clause included in the agreement. This condition allowed Lille to keep the player permanently subject to the fulfillment of certain contractual terms.
The transfer to Sevilla represents a new stage in the career of the Portuguese winger, who now seeks to establish himself in Spanish football in service of the Andalusian club.
