Quaest began on Sunday, August 30, another round of polling on presidential voting intentions, with results expected on Wednesday, September 2. The survey plans to conduct in-person interviews with 2,004 Brazilians by Tuesday, September 1.
This is Quaest's tenth presidential poll this year, and the second in the series commissioned by Grupo Globo, which includes O GLOBO and TV Globo. This is the first survey capable of capturing voters' reactions to the interviews given by candidates on TV Globo.
The series of TV Globo interviews with the candidates ended on Saturday, August 29, with candidate Augusto Cury, from Avante. Throughout the week, Romeu Zema (Novo), Ronaldo Caiado (PSD), and other candidates were also interviewed. Datafolha is also expected to release its poll this week, after the completion of its interviews.
