900 items seized from street vending in Peñíscola

The Guardia Civil of Castellón, in collaboration with the Local Police of Peñíscola, carried out since August 23 various operational operations against the street vending of presumably counterfeited products in the town. The operation resulted in the seizure of 898 articles of different brands, valued at more than 21,000 euros. Two people were proposed for sanction for various infractions related to this activity. The joint operation aimed to combat the commercialization of counterfeited products in the coastal area of Peñíscola.
