Colonel José do Carmo warned that, should the United States tighten the siege on Iran, the country will not be able to resist. The military officer added that Iran has already lost half of its GDP and that, if the USA continues to press, the situation will become unsustainable.
Regarding the war in Ukraine, José do Carmo considered that the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, is in a state of paranoia and will do everything to conquer the Donbass region.
The colonel's statements come in a context of growing tension between Iran and the United States, as well as the continuation of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
