The construction works for the first phase of Censal Parc in Castelló began this Monday. This infrastructure, described as an urban forest, will have an extension of 38,000 square meters and is located in the area closest to Fernando el Católico street, delimited by Almalafa street.
The technical work of land delimitation was carried out by the Castelló City Council in mid-August, preceding the start of construction. The deadline established for the completion of the first phase is ten months, with a budget of just over 6 million euros.
Citizens will be able to enjoy this urban green space from June 2027, when this first phase of the project is completed.
