Merz warns: AfD could drive away investors

Sunday's elections in Saxony-Anhalt could result in the first electoral victory for the AfD (Alternative for Germany) to form a regional government. The far-right party appears as the favorite in several polls for this ballot. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, of the CDU, warned that an AfD-led government could drive investors away from the region. The Minister-President of Saxony-Anhalt, also from the CDU, shared similar concerns regarding a potential capital flight should the AfD come to power.
