On Thursday (27th), the actor checked into Refúgio Caiman, a private villa installed in the middle of the vegetation, as confirmed by inn employees to Campo Grande News.
The Hollywood star, known for his role in "Titanic" and Oscar winner for "The Revenant," is enjoying Brazilian nature accompanied by his girlfriend, Italian model Vittoria Ceretti, and a group of friends. The Refúgio Caiman inn is recognized for its work with ecotourism and conservation in the Pantanal.
During his stay, DiCaprio also learned about local conservation projects, including Onçafari, Projeto Arara Azul and Instituto Tamanduá. The actor is internationally recognized for his engagement in environmental causes and frequently uses his visibility to support preservation initiatives around the world.
