Following the completion of the implementation phase of the Recovery and Resilience Plans (RRP), the 27 Member States of the European Union have until September 30 to submit their final payment requests to Brussels. So far, six countries have already submitted these requests, with two already receiving approval. Portugal, which has already met all milestones and intermediate targets of its RRP, plans to proceed with its final payment request "at the end of September", with the four Nordic and Baltic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia) expected to be the next to submit their requests.
