Eight young athletes from the Amigos da Montanha club, from Barcelos, participated on Saturday in the second race of the Northern Primeiras Pagaiadas, which took place in Fão.

Among the results achieved, highlight goes to Pedro França, who finished in second place in the Cadete Masculino category, securing a spot on the podium.

Ana Beatriz Matos also achieved a positive result, finishing in third place in Iniciado B Feminino.

Helena Nicodemos completed the race in fifth place in the Iniciado A category.
