A commercial establishment in the Villa Devoto neighborhood, in the northwest zone of Buenos Aires, Argentina, was targeted in a robbery just days after its opening. The "Cucu Café" opened its doors on July 23 and, on the morning of Friday, August 28, the owners found the entrance glass broken and the cash register forced open.
Security camera footage captured the moment when, during the night, a man threw a stone to start breaking the glass and then used headbutts to complete the destruction of the door. After pushing and kicking the glass several times, he managed to enter the establishment.
Inside the café, the intruder went directly to the cash register and, seconds later, left the location again. The amount stolen was not disclosed in the article.
Police sources informed the newspaper La Nación that officers from the local precinct are investigating the case to identify and locate the person responsible for the robbery.
