WireBroker and Seven Apex Capital Not Authorized for Financial Intermediation, CMVM Warns

The Portuguese Securities Market Commission issued a warning alert that the entities WireBroker and Seven Apex Capital are not authorized to exercise any financial intermediation activity in Portugal. WireBroker operates through the website https://www.wirebroker.io/pt and Seven Apex Capital through www.sevenapexcapital.com.

The regulator emphasized that these two entities are also not authorized to advertise or prospect clients for financial intermediation activities. Any individual or entity that has established business relationships with these companies should contact CMVM through the number 800 205 339 or the email [email protected].

CMVM provides on its website the list of entities that are authorized to offer financial services in Portugal, allowing investors to verify the authorization of service providers before establishing any business relationship.
