The Government of Ceuta decided this Monday to postpone the start of activities in municipal childcare centers, attended by children from 0 to 3 years old. The decision was made due to the situation that has been experienced in the city since the entry of thousands of people at the end of July, coming from Morocco.
With this measure, the municipal childcare centers will not reopen until the end of September, thus extending the closure that was already in effect.
The Spanish city of Ceuta has been facing significant migratory pressure, with the massive arrival of people through the border with Morocco during the summer, which motivated the local government to take extraordinary measures.
