One of the characteristics of the Castellón ceramic cluster is the search for innovations to be applied by the industry. In this context, a reference institution is the Ceramic Technology Institute (ITC), which at the beginning of the new course revealed its main lines of work. The projects poised to revolutionize the tile industry include high-performance ceramics and industrialized construction. The ITC is responsible for identifying and developing these innovations aimed at transforming the ceramic sector. The announcement of these lines of work occurs in the context of the beginning of a new academic period, marking the research and development objectives for the ceramic industry in the Castellón region.
