Marq Logistics expands last-mile assets in Taboão da Serra

Marq Logistics, formerly known as GLP Brasil, delivered its latest logistics park, Marq Logistics SP Taboão, located in the Greater São Paulo Metropolitan Region. The development adds approximately 120,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area to the region, reinforcing the company's presence in the Brazilian logistics market.

The new park is positioned just 12 kilometers from Marginal Pinheiros, offering integration with the urban grid of Greater São Paulo. The location provides easy and toll-free access to an extensive network of commerce and service providers, which aims to streamline product delivery.

With five urban warehouses built with a focus on flexibility, the development offers options for front-load and cross-docking operations. The modules start from 4,000 square meters, meeting different operational needs.

The expansion represents a strategic move by Marq Logistics to strengthen its last-mile asset portfolio in Brazil, all positioned near major urban centers, increasing its competitiveness in the logistics sector.

Exiting a franchise should be evaluated before signing

The Brazilian franchise market exceeded R$ 300 billion in annual revenue for the first time, reaching R$ 301.7 billion in 2025, with nominal growth of 10.5% compared to the previous year.
