New dinosaur fossils were discovered in Sesimbra and Torres Vedras, in Portuguese territory. These discoveries contribute to scientific knowledge about the presence of dinosaurs in the region.
Part of the traces collected during these discoveries are on display at the Museum of the Portuguese Centre for Geo-History and Pre-History, located in Golegã. The museum also hosts other discoveries of scientific interest.
These new discoveries join other paleontological findings that have been enriching the Portuguese fossil heritage, demonstrating the region's potential for research in this area.
