Thousands of Ukrainian teenagers aged between 15 and 17 are participating in practical training programs that include learning the use of weapons and drones, replacing the old theoretical classes in schools.
This change in the educational system comes as a response to the possibility of the war in Ukraine lasting several years, leading authorities to prepare young people to live in a context of continuous conflict.
The teenagers are thus acquiring practical skills aimed at preparing them for different scenarios they may face in the future, at a time when the country faces a situation of persistent war.
