Santa Cruz, MAI and PSP want to proceed with the expansion of the police station still this year

The municipality of Santa Cruz, the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Administration, and the Public Security Police intend to move forward with the expansion of the PSP Police Station in Santa Cruz this year. The goal is to maintain the agreement established in the Interadministrative Cooperation Contract, signed in November 2023, which provides for works of rehabilitation, adaptation, and expansion of the police station.

The indication was given by the Santa Cruz local authority itself, within the scope of a visit by the Minister of Internal Administration to the municipality. The three entities thus intend to continue the process that had already been underway since the end of 2023.

This interadministrative cooperation contract involves a joint investment between the municipality and the Ministry of Internal Administration to carry out the necessary works at the PSP police station in Santa Cruz.
