Maya Massafera reassured fans on Sunday (30th) by updating her health status and clarifying the repercussions of a hospital visit shown in an episode of her reality show. In a video posted on Instagram, the influencer stated she is at home, doing well, and denied having suffered a Stroke (AVC). According to her, the medical concern arose after routine exams indicated a change in cholesterol, which led her doctor to request a more detailed investigation.
The presenter explained that she undergoes exams every three months due to hormonal therapy, which includes female hormones and male hormone blockers. During one of the follow-ups, a change in cholesterol levels led the doctor to request more exams, generating concern. "I'm doing great, I'm at home. I did not have a stroke, but, yes, my doctor was concerned," Maya stated.
