The Civil Police carried out an operation on Monday (31st) against a criminal organization investigated for interstate drug and arms trafficking, in addition to possible ties to a criminal faction. Among the targets is Renyer Oliveira, a 30-year-old former right-back who belongs to Santos and is currently on loan to Vila Nova. The player was not arrested during the operation.
Renyer Oliveira was born in Serra, in Espírito Santo, on October 2, 1995. The full-back began his career in the youth ranks of Bahia and accumulated stints at various clubs over the years, including Náutico, Paysandu, Cuiabá, Atlético-GO, Coritiba, CRB, and Dnipro-1, from Ukraine.
The player was signed by Santos in 2024, initially on loan from Azuriz. Subsequently, the São Paulo club acquired the economic rights of the athlete. At Peixe, Renyer was part of the squad that won the Serie B title of the Brazilian Championship in 2024. Currently, he is on loan to Vila Nova.
