The man, aged 31, was in an irregular situation in Spain and, at the time of his arrest, had no identification documents. He is accused of being the perpetrator of eleven crimes of burglary committed on vessels in the marina during the months of July and August. He acted with almost daily frequency, accessing the interior of yachts and sailing boats after forcing open doors, hatches or ceilings, even managing to enter the vessels while the owners were sleeping inside.
