A 41-year-old man died after the car he was driving hit a tree during a police chase in Dunstable, United Kingdom, on Saturday night (29). According to Bedfordshire Police, officers began following an Audi that was driving with its headlights off shortly before 10:30 PM. The driver did not obey the stop order and continued along the A5183 towards Markyate.
Around 10:37 PM, the vehicle left the road and collided with a tree near Caddington. No other car was involved in the accident. Police officers provided first aid to the driver and received support from emergency services. The man was declared dead at the scene just before 11:30 PM.
