CRD Santaluziense won the second edition of the Youth Masters Futsal on Saturday, August 29, defeating Portimonense 6-3 in the final held at Portimão Arena. The Santa Luzia team found themselves down 2-0, came back before halftime and confirmed the comeback in the second half.

Portimonense, the home team, started the match better and by eight minutes Danilo Pereira had scored twice, putting his team ahead 2-0. Santaluziense's response came quickly and the Tavira side managed to level the scores before halftime, taking the match tied at 2-2 into the break.

In the second half, the young players from Santaluziense took control of the match and completed the comeback with two spectacular goals, putting the score at 4-2. Portimonense still managed to pull one back to 4-3 three minutes from the end, but Santaluziense held firm and scored twice more, setting the final score at 6-3.

With this triumph, CRD Santaluziense succeeds the winner of the first edition and claims the Youth Masters Futsal for the first time, after finishing third in last year's competition. The final took place on the first day of the Record International Masters Futsal, which brought together European teams such as SL Benfica, Sporting CP, Palma Futsal and Jimbee Cartagena at the Portimão Arena.
