The University of Porto presents the event "Ângelo (de Sousa) and the City", a round table that explores the artist's relationship with the city as a space of formation, creation, and intervention. Throughout his career, Ângelo de Sousa established deep relationships with people and places in Porto, strengthening his connection to the urban territory.

The event will include the presentation of a sculpture by the artist, who has been distinguished as an Eminent Figure of the University of Porto for the academic year 2026/27, thus recognizing his importance in the artistic and cultural landscape.

The session is scheduled for September 10th at 6:00 PM, and will take place at Casa da Música, an iconic cultural space in the city of Porto.
