The Spanish platform Starlite has managed to establish itself as a gateway to Europe for major international music events by bringing the "Billboard No. 1s" to Madrid in December 2025, the first time outside the United States. This concert, which brought together more than a dozen artists including Pablo Alborán, Ana Mena, Rozalén, Vanesa Martín, and Omar Montes, in front of more than 5,000 attendees, represented the first departure of the North American format and marked the beginning of the international expansion of this Billboard event.
Less than a year later, Starlite further consolidated this position by being chosen to host on September 3 the first European edition of the "Premios Juventud," one of the major music and entertainment events in the United States and Latin America, which after 23 years of existence on the American continent, crosses the Atlantic for the first time. The gala in Marbella will feature artists such as Marc Anthony, Camilo, Christian Nodal, Wisin, Yandel, Farruko, Quevedo, Morat, La Oreja de Van Gogh, Ana Mena, Ángela Aguilar, Kenia Os, Silvestre Dangond, and Juan Magán, among others.
The alliance for the celebration of these awards involves TelevisaUnivision, Starlite, and RTVE, with international distribution through TelevisaUnivision's audiovisual and digital ecosystem and television presence in Spain. Throughout its history, the "Premios Juventud" has recognized artists who achieved global prominence, such as Bad Bunny, Karol G, Maluma, and J Balvin, and this partnership represents the second case in less than a year in which a major international music brand has chosen the Spanish platform to develop an unprecedented expansion milestone in its history.
This strategy allows Spanish artists to find new avenues for reaching the United States and Latin America, while artists from other territories use Starlite as a platform for entry and positioning in Spain and Europe, creating a multidirectional international model that connects artists, major brands, industry, media, and new audiences.
