Hybrid work is becoming more rigid, with 62% of companies requiring fixed days in the office from their employees. This trend marks a reversal in relation to the flexibility that had been adopted during the pandemic.
The global office utilization rate has risen to 56%, indicating a progressive return to in-person work. Seven out of ten workers now attend in person between three and five days per week, showing that the majority of employees accept this model.
Despite the progress in adopting in-person work, the majority of organizations have yet to begin applying artificial intelligence to workspace planning. This technology could help optimize office occupancy and better manage available resources.
