Alexandre Nero is returning to television in the original Globoplay soap opera "Lost Paradise," whose filming is scheduled to begin in September. The actor also co-stars with Marjorie Estiano in the film "We Need to Talk," which marks another collaboration between the two artists.

The film is directed by Pedro Waddington and Rebeca Diniz, and also features Emílio de Mello and Hermila Guedes in the cast. The plot presents two upper-middle-class couples whose lives are transformed after discovering their teenage children are involved in a brutal crime.

With the case gaining widespread attention, the families must face a moral dilemma: to what extent are they willing to go to protect their children from the consequences of their own actions. The film explores the tensions and conflicts that arise from this devastating discovery.

"We Need to Talk" is scheduled to premiere in theaters on September 24, offering audiences a story that addresses themes such as parenting, responsibility, and the limits of family protection in the face of extreme situations.
