Bread is part of the basic diet of most Brazilians, but it still divides opinions about its frequent consumption. The good news is that it can be consumed every day, and even more than once, as long as it's the whole grain version. Nutritionist Adrienn Szabó, from Semmelweis University in Hungary, states that high-quality bread made with whole grain flour is rich in fiber and contains important macro and micronutrients, in addition to providing fundamental carbohydrates for the functioning of the body. From an energy perspective, carbohydrates are essential for humans, and international recommendations indicate that between 40% and 60% of daily energy needs should come from them.

For decades, we've learned that planets orbit the Sun, but this is only a simplification for educational purposes. In reality, both the Sun and the planets orbit around a common point called the barycenter, which is the center of mass of the solar system. This point can be slightly displaced from the center of the Sun due to the gravitational influence of the planets, especially the most massive ones like Jupiter. When the mass of the Sun and the planets is considered together, the Sun also moves slightly, meaning no celestial body is completely stationary in the solar system.
