The end of Joelma and Ximbinha's marriage happened in August 2015, but the asset division of the ex-couple still hasn't been concluded in court. Completing 11 years of process, the case is under seal and continues dragging pendencies for both of them.
Among the legal problems that arose from the delay in the asset division is an accumulated debt of almost R$ 700 thousand with the condo of one of the properties of the ex-couple. The property is located in a gated community in Ananindeua, in the Metropolitan Region of Belém, in Pará.
The case already amounts to R$ 697,254.68. However, the high amount does not represent only condo expenses. The process includes fines and other procedural expenses. Recently, there was even a new charge from the Court of Justice regarding a new administrative fee.
